Customer Care
We offer a 24-hour comprehensive Customer Care Outsource Solution for
companies wishing to outsource their Customer Care, product replacement and
CRM product complaint cycle. The service we offer is a "full
circle" solution from taking ownership of the problem from the
customer to replacing the product and then finally producing a
comprehensive CRM Management report.
Education
Our internationally recognised "Teleschool" program has been a
great asset to numerous schools who use the service to provide daily
information to parents and pupils. The system saves schools time and a
considerable amount of money every year. The system is offered free-of-charge
to schools and is sponsored. Teleschool use of a highly innovative IVR
(interactive voice response) computer program which the schools control and
run themselves by using an access pin number via any digital telephone.
Cellular Contracts
We retain existing Cellular contracts and sell new Cellular contracts on
behalf of Real People Cellular for the South African region.
